Confiture Fine Fraise Charlotte d’Alsace
Christine Ferber
Charlotte Strawberry Jam
Nothing fills the air with magic quite like the day a new shipment of Christine Ferber’s marvelous Alsatian jams arrive. It seems practically destined that she would become, as she’s known by her admirers, the Jam Fairy, having descended from three generations of pastry chefs. No surprise then, that La Maison Ferber’s pastries and jams have garnered worldwide attention. We are delighted to bring these deeply unique flavor combinations to the States. Words simply don’t do these beauties justice, so explore!

2019 Riesling Grand Cru “Sommerberg” Vendange Tardive
France | Alsace
Late-harvest wines of this quality in Alsace take incredible skill to make. This is a supremely beautiful example of a harmonious, highly successful partnership between man and nature.
2023 Pinot Blanc “Vieilles Vignes”
France | Alsace
Félix Meyer’s old-vine Pinot Blanc from the slopes of Katzenthal, in Alsace, has long overdelivered in the role of the proverbial “crisp white” for which we long.
2022 Riesling Grand Cru “Eichberg”
France | Alsace
You’ll want to open it alongside richer dishes, or ones that take the longest to make, those that deserve a layered and complex bottling to match.
2024 Alsace Pinot Noir
France | Alsace
Looking for a red Burgundy dupe with an everyday price tag? This is the one. Kuentz-Bas’ Pinot Noir is juicy, tart, and generously spiced.
2023 Gewurztraminer Grand Cru “Wineck-Schlossberg”
France | Alsace
This wine showcases everything I seek for in a dry Gewurztraminer. The nose shows pure, delicate aromas of fresh lychee and exotic fruit.
2023 Pinot Gris Grand Cru Sommerberg “Wibtal”
France | Alsace
The brilliance of this site is its ability to produce sumptuously rich and perfumed Pinot Gris that maintains a vibrant acidity and stony backbone.
2021 Crémant d’Alsace Brut
France | Alsace
Soaring with aromas of brioche and praline, this lush and luxurious bottling sets the benchmark for Crémants everywhere.
2023 Sylvaner
France | Alsace
With unrivaled versatility at table and guaranteed mouthwatering abilities, Sylvaner brings something new and fresh to the table.
2021 Pinot Gris Vendange Tardive “Hinterburg de Katzenthal”
France | Alsace
Almond, butter, orange confit, white truffle—it’s all there in the awesome bouquet—then you experience the unctuous, dense palate with a texture to write home about.
2021 Riesling “Heissenberg”
France | Alsace
Lush fruit, stony flavors, and completely dry...you will be thinking twice about why you didn’t buy more!
About The Region
Alsace
Tragically, Alsace might be the most misunderstood wine region of France. In spite of its long history of viticulture and tremendous diversity of pedigreed terroirs, a past fraught with marketing mishaps has left consumers baffled as to what exactly to expect inside one of these mysterious tall, thin bottles.
The good news, on the other hand, is that a new wave of quality-oriented growers is working hard to put Alsace in its rightful place as one of the world’s most fascinating sources of fine white wine. By embracing tradition, respecting terroir, and making a concerted effort to better communicate the countless virtues their wines have to offer, they have succeeded in putting Alsace back on the map.
Crafted from a number of grape varieties and beautifully interpreting the region’s mosaic of soil types, our Alsace imports are by and large dry whites offering exceptional versatility at table. While each of these selections is ready to be uncorked tonight, the finest among them are also capable of maturing for many, many years in a cool cellar. Expect kaleidoscopic aromatics, lively acidities, and loads of terroir transparency in these skillfully crafted masterpieces. Enjoy a foray into the thrilling world of the world’s most underrated wine region, and certainly do not hesitate to contact our sales staff with any questions as you take off on this mouth-watering adventure.

A good doctor prescribed the wine of Nuits-Saint-Georges to the Sun King, Louis XIV, when he suffered an unknown maladie. When the king’s health was restored the tasty remedy enjoyed a vogue at court. Lord, send me a doctor like that!
